<p>Arabic language education faces a number of challenges in the modern era that affect its future prospects. These challenges include linguistic, curricular, and sociological issues. However, by identifying and understanding these challenges, there are promising prospects for improving Arabic language education in the future. Efforts to integrate technology into learning, expand access to learning resources, improve the quality of teaching, and promote the importance of Arabic in a global context are steps that can be taken. Nevertheless, Arabic language education remains relevant and has important value, especially among Muslims. This organization aims to ensure that community aspirations and initiatives are channeled, as well as to create responsibility, community participation, and a transparent, accountable and democratic atmosphere in the implementation of education. <p>This research is a development study to create teaching materials to compile descriptive texts that contain moral values for <br>students of SMP grade VII An-Nur Hidayatullah Talok. This teaching material is made based on the principles of creating <br>teaching materials. In addition, the language of the material is adjusted to the student's level of thinking, so that students no longer <br>have difficulty in writing descriptive texts. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of students' achievement or learning <br>outcomes in the description text material. And an interest in moral values can arise even in a small environment such as the home <br>environment through a lot of conversation and politeness. This type of research uses the research and development method <br>(Research and Development), which is a method that produces a product and then tests the effectiveness of the product. This study <br>uses the Borg & Gall model which is clarified into seven stages including preliminary study, planning, product development, <br>product validation, design revision, product trial and revision. This research develops teaching materials in learning to write valueloaded description texts for junior high school grade VII. The results of the research on the validation of media experts obtained a <br>percentage of 83.75%. Validation of material experts gets a percentage of 90%. The results of the small group trial got a percentage <br>of 88.4% while the results of the large group trial got a percentage of 93.8%.</p>Muhammad Masykur BaiquniRoy Hanafi

<p>Emotional Intelligence in the Success of Arabic Language: An Exploration of the Role of Emotional Intelligence in Enhancing Language Skills and Cultural Understanding. This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and the success of Arabic language learners. Emotional intelligence is a vital component in the process of language acquisition, as it enables individuals to navigate the complexities of language and cultural nuances effectively. The study focuses on the role of emotional intelligence in enhancing language skills and cultural understanding among Arabic language learners. It explores the impact of emotional intelligence on language proficiency, vocabulary acquisition, and cultural competence, and examines the strategies that learners employ to manage their emotions and overcome language barriers. <p>This study aims to examine organizational structure from various perspectives, with a specific focus on Islamic education, through a literature review approach. The definition of organizational structure encompasses the division of work, determination of authority, and relationships among individuals within the organization, as discussed by various experts. Key elements addressed include work specialization, departmentalization, chain of command, span of control, centralization and decentralization, and formalization. The study also identifies differences in organizational structures, particularly between mechanistic models, which are formal and bureaucratic, and organic models, which are more flexible and participative. Types of organizational structures reviewed include line, line and staff, functional, line and functional, matrix, and committee organizations. Additionally, this research highlights the importance of developing organizational structures in response to changes in business strategies, company growth, and external regulations. The findings indicate that adapting organizational structures to environmental changes and operational needs is crucial for enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Using the literature review method, this study concludes that an adaptive and integrative approach to managing organizational structures, especially in the context of Islamic education, can positively contribute to achieving organizational goals and improving management quality.</p>Moh RomziAnsori AnsoriShobihatul Fitroh NoviyantiMohamad kamil Salas
